As a team, we are doing everything we possibly can to remain fit, well and safe so that we can continue to provide our usual high standard and relaxing atmosphere. Please forgive us
if we don’t kiss or shake hands.
We are smiling under these masks!
Just feel the love !
You will appreciate that as a hairdressing salon we work in an environment where the prevention of the spread of a whole range of infections is woven into everything that we do routinely. Nevertheless, we are paying particular attention to the latest government guidance on the transmission of coronavirus.
We have taken a few important steps to make it safer for us all
-We have extended to a 7 days week so that there will be fewer clients and staff in the salon at any one time. So please be patient as we restructure our business to suit the current needs.
-We have removed a chair from the salon and created a new area downstairs to sit while colour processing. We also have an outdoor seating for those sunny days.
At your next appointment
Please wash your hands in the bathroom at the back of the salon and/or use the hand sanitiser provided on reception entering and leaving the building.
Please bring a mask and wear it in the salon when possible. (If you don’t have one they are available on reception with a donation to the NHS)
You’ll notice that we’ve removed some non-essential items in the reception area including the magazines. They will return once this is all over!
We will be unable to serve our usual fancy beverages in fancy cups.
Our shoop tea traditions will be changing for a little longer but be patient we are all working as a team .
please bring your own drinks and/or receptacle for water or unsweetened herbal teas which will be provided.
Given the unprecedented situation in the UK regarding the COVID-19 virus I felt it was important to reassure you that we are continuing to keep SHOOP clean and safe for both you and our team. Taking extra care with cleanliness and Hygene.
